We stayed at the resort for our 25th anniversary and we were well taken care of by the staff-everyone from the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff and front end staff. They were very kind and insured we enjoyed our stay. The views from the deck facing the vallley and lakes were surreal. They were some of the best pictures of our trip. The buffet breakfast was a nice add-on since there’s not a lot of food dining options in the Beatenberg area. It is a 15 minute drive from Interlaken, but we enjoyed the calmness of the area. The amenities, such as the gym and spa was a nice touch to the stay. I would highly recommend this resort at this price point.

The hotel is in an excellent location The property is very clean the staff is excellent and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel 100% nothing was disappointing for me

It is good location, just in center of the old town. There is lift so easy to the higher level. The staff are nice. The hotel provided some equipment for use, like computer and printer. Room is big enough and clean. Only issue is the Wifi speed slower. In room it was not good signal.

Great atmosphere and excellent breakfast. The room was only as big as it needed to be but the theme of the hotel is everywhere and generally joyful. Staff was excellent and the proximity to the old town is great. We are looking forward to returning one day!

The room was very nicely appointed and a good size (we had deluxe king). The linens were adequate. The showers were great. The breakfast was adequate but limited - good quality but limited selection. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. Great location.
